The Council of Sustainability is actively working on a project to connect and unify the Kristin Sustainable Group by creating a platform that provides easy access to their past projects, current activities, and future plans. This initiative has long been a goal of the Council, and progress is finally being made. This initiative has long been a goal of the Council, and we are beginning to see tangible progress.
To facilitate communication, a Microsoft Teams platform has been established as a central hub where each group can share updates and content in the general chat. This allows members to stay informed about ongoing efforts, and these updates are becoming increasingly regular and integral to the groups' activities. Additionally, the group's webpage has been updated to keep viewers informed about their school activities.
To maintain consistency, the Council has introduced termly meetings with group liaisons—those responsible for content publishing and communication with the Council. In these initial meetings, the focus has been on ensuring liaisons understand their responsibilities and become familiar with the various platforms and their functions. As the project progresses, future meetings are expected to shift towards discussions about sustainable actions and initiatives.
