Some of the latest sustainability news at Kristin includes the addition of compost bins for our staff to use. In each staffroom, there are means to compost food scraps. This is a great step for CoS' goal to reduce waste at Kristin by 10%. Not to mention, it upholds with our Enviroschools Green Gold values.
Food is also the biggest contributor to Kristin's waste. With the addition of these bins, we have taken a small step towards a zero-waste school!
