The FRIENDS Resilience Program

This year, as part of Kristin's wellbeing framework, the FRIENDS Resilience Program will be trialed.

The program has 9 main focuses:

‍

  1. Healthy friendships and role-models
  2. Achieving goals via planning
  3. Plans that find solutions
  4. Community service
  5. Kindness
  6. Body language
  7. Mindfulness + attention
  8. Positive thinking
  9. Positive choices

‍

This year, the program will be trialed in Years 1,4,7, 9, and 11. All staff will be receiving a full day of training to provide them with knowledge about the program.

We look forward to seeing the positive results of this programme and its possible implementation into school life in 2024.
